What is Employee Evaluation and why do it?

Self Evaluation

What is Self Evaluation and why do it?

Self evaluation helps you be aware of what you are doing well and what you are doing poorly to help you be conscious of what you should improve on, whether it is working on a bad habit or setting a goal for self improvement.

Who Can Use This App?

This app can be used by any employee who gets reviewed by their employer, to evaluate themselves on a regular basis. This is extremely useful for several reasons:

To have a record of your own performance as documentation for company formal reviews.

Self evaluation as a means for improvement over time.

To record and document employee evaluations you will be required to write at formal company review schedules, including your supervisor, manager or peers.

Employee Contact Page

Choose which employee to review/evaluate.

Employee Evaluation Form

Two basic approaches managers can choose between to give an evaluation:

  • • A rating system based on numbers, eg 4.5
  • • A rating system based on stars, eg 7 stars

Calendar Page

Display which employees got evaluated on which day. Selecting a calendar day will pull up the evaluation page.

Setup Pages

Configure reminder notifications, set the start of the work week for the calendar, and set up the Evaluation Criteria.

Reporting

Summary page to select date ranges and see evaluation results for each employee. View averages of evaluations over any selected period.
